  - Cached files are now refreshed automatically: when a cached year is
    requested and the online catalog lists a newer version (the data
    repository is updated weekly), the file is re-downloaded. Offline,
    or if the refresh fails, the cached copy is used. Set
    options(tidyprf.check_updates = FALSE) to disable the check.
