tidyprf 0.2.0 (2026-09-15)

• Cached files are now refreshed automatically: when a cached year is requested and the online catalog lists a newer version (the data repository is updated weekly), the file is re-downloaded. Offline, or if the refresh fails, the cached copy is used. Set options(tidyprf.check_updates = FALSE) to disable the check.

• info_accidents(), info_crashes(), and info_violations() provide bilingual variable descriptions (English/Portuguese).
• prf_years() lists available years per dataset; prf_cache() and prf_cache_clear() manage the local Parquet cache.
